1. General Terms

1. 1.1 Parties
   1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between WH Limited, Registration number НЕ 436274, Pigmalionos 2, 2122 Nicosia, Cyprus (“Operator”, “we”, “our”, “us”), and any person who accesses or uses onlinelotto.games (the “Platform”, the “Service”).
   2. By creating an account, accessing the Service, or submitting an entry, you (“Participant”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. 1.2 Definitions
   1. “Competition” means the free promotional competition offered via the Platform.
   2. “Draw” means a scheduled selection event for which entries are accepted up to a published cut-off time.
   3. “Entry” / “Ticket” means a valid submission for a Draw that meets published rules and anti-abuse controls.
   4. “Random Entry-Based Prize Selection” means any prize selection where winners are chosen randomly from valid eligible Entries (for example any jackpot selection).
   5. “Match-Based Rewards” means points/ticket awards (if offered) that are calculated based on a Participant’s chosen numbers compared to published Draw results or other published reward rules. Match-Based Rewards are promotional in nature and do not require any payment to participate.
   6. “Points” means a non-cash promotional unit recorded to your account that may be redeemed only for additional free entries, subject to caps and expiry.
   7. “Prize” means any benefit offered for a Draw or campaign (including Points and additional free entries).
   8. “Account” means your registered user profile on the Platform, accessed primarily via email-based login.
   9. “Competition Proof” means a verification record generated for a Draw that describes (a) the committed eligible ticket pool, (b) the randomness source used, and (c) the deterministic calculation used to determine whether any eligible ticket achieved a jackpot “hit” and, if so, which ticket is selected as winner.
   10. “Commitment” means a SHA-256 hash generated from a canonicalised representation of the eligible ticket pool for a Draw, used to make later tampering detectable.
   11. "Randomness Beacon" means a publicly verifiable randomness source (where available) used to derive jackpot hit calculations. If a public beacon is unavailable, a fallback method may be used as described in these Terms and reflected in the Competition Proof.
3. 1.3 Eligibility
   1. Participation is permitted only for individuals aged 18 years or older (or the higher legal minimum age in their jurisdiction).
   2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation and receipt of prizes is lawful in your jurisdiction.
   3. Employees, directors, officers, and contractors of the Operator (and their immediate household members) are not eligible to enter or win.
4. 1.4 Void Where Prohibited; Restricted Territories
   1. The Competition is void where prohibited. We may restrict access, block participation, suspend accounts, void entries, and/or refuse/void prizes where required by law, sanctions, legal requirements, or compliance screening.
   2. Participation is prohibited from Cyprus and from any jurisdiction we designate as restricted for compliance, sanctions, legal, compliance, or operational reasons.
   3. We may use geolocation, device signals, fraud controls, and account data to enforce restrictions. If restrictions are triggered, entries, points, and prizes may be void.
5. 1.5 Amendments
   1. We may amend these Terms. Updates will be published on the Platform and may be time-stamped.
   2. Changes apply prospectively and do not change the rules for a Draw once entries for that Draw have been accepted, except where required by law or to address fraud/security incidents.
6. 1.6 Timezone
   1. All cut-offs, draw times, claim windows, and deadlines are calculated in the Platform’s configured timezone as displayed on the site.
7. 1.7 Relationship
   1. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and the Operator.

2. The Service Offering

1. 2.1 Description of Service; Free-to-Enter
   1. The Platform operates a daily free promotional competition styled with lotto-themed visuals for entertainment. One Draw is conducted per day at the published time.
   2. No purchase, payment, deposit, wager, or consideration is required to enter or win. We do not accept money to submit Entries, and we do not sell official lottery tickets.
   3. Optional features (including any Skill Game or engagement features) are not required to obtain your free daily Entry.
2. 2.2 Advertising-Supported Platform
   1. The Service may be supported by advertising and sponsors. Participation does not obligate you to view, click, register with, or transact with any advertiser.
   2. Some advertisers may promote regulated gambling or other commercial products/services. If you interact with third-party sites, you do so at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
   3. We do not endorse third-party products/services and are not liable for disputes or losses arising from third-party interactions.
   4. Advertising does not affect eligibility, selection, odds, Match-Based Rewards rules, or prize fulfilment.
3. 2.3 Points (Promotional Units Only); Expiry
   1. Points may be awarded for permitted non-monetary actions on the Platform (for example referrals, match-based rewards, skill/engagement features, streaks, or in-platform achievements). Points are not purchasable.
   2. Points have no cash value, are not financial instruments, and may be redeemed only for additional free Entries (where available), subject to caps, cooldowns, and eligibility controls.
   3. Expiry: unless stated otherwise for a specific campaign, Points expire automatically 30 days after crediting (measured in the Platform’s configured timezone). Expired Points are forfeited.
   4. Corrections and enforcement: we may withhold, reverse, or correct Points credits where necessary to address abuse, fraud, security incidents, technical malfunctions, or obvious calculation errors, and our records are the primary evidence source for determining outcomes (subject to mandatory legal rights).
4. 2.4 Modification or Termination
   1. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition, features, campaigns, jurisdictions served, Draw schedules, Match-Based Rewards rules, and prize structures for compliance, fraud prevention, security, operational, or commercial reasons.
   2. Where reasonably possible, changes apply prospectively; however, we may take immediate action to prevent fraud, security incidents, or legal non-compliance.

3. Entry Rules and Accounts

1. 3.1 One Free Entry Per Draw
   1. Each eligible person may submit one free Entry per Draw, subject to anti-abuse controls.
   2. Additional Entries may be redeemed using Points (where available), subject to published caps and controls.
   3. All Entries in the same Draw are treated identically for that Draw’s Random Entry-Based Prize Selection, subject to eligibility and verification.
2. 3.2 Cut-Offs; Routing to Next Draw
   1. Entries must be submitted before the published cut-off time for the relevant Draw. Entries received after cut-off are routed to the next scheduled Draw where applicable.
   2. Incomplete, invalid, or duplicate Entries may be disqualified.
3. 3.3 Account Registration; Security
   1. Registration requires a valid email address. A username may be auto-generated and may be changed later where the Platform provides that functionality.
   2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account, your email inbox, and any devices used to access the Service.
   3. We are not responsible for losses or forfeitures caused by your failure to maintain secure access to your email, devices, or Account.
4. 3.4 One Person / One Account; Non-Transferability
   1. Accounts, Entries, Points, and Prizes are strictly non-transferable.
   2. Multiple accounts controlled by the same person (including via household/device overlap or manipulation) are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of Entries/Points/Prizes.
5. 3.5 Dormant Accounts
   1. Inactive accounts may be closed after 180 days of no participation. Points or rewards attached to such accounts may be void and forfeited.
6. 3.6 Eligibility Responsibility; Responsible Use
   1. By registering and/or entering, you confirm you meet age and legality requirements in your jurisdiction.
   2. The responsibility for ensuring eligibility rests solely with you. Accounts created in breach of age or jurisdiction restrictions may be terminated and associated entries, points, and prizes void.
   3. Although the Service is free-to-enter and involves no wager, repetitive use may resemble harmful patterns. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts where usage is excessive, harmful, or inconsistent with fair use.
   4. Participation is for entertainment only and is not designed or intended to serve as income or financial reliance.
7. 3.7 Verification
   1. We will not request identity documentation for normal participation. For prize claims (especially higher-value prizes), we may require proof of age, eligibility, and compliance screening where lawful and necessary.
8. 3.8 Entry Costs
   1. The Operator charges no fees for registration or entry. Standard internet/data charges from your service provider may apply and are outside our control.
9. 3.9 Skill Game (Optional; Points-Only); Integrity Controls
   1. If the Platform provides a “Skill Game” or similar feature, it is optional, free-to-play, and awards Points only (where enabled). It does not alter Random Entry-Based Prize Selection or odds.
   2. To protect integrity, the Platform may require minimum thresholds for a round to be valid. Current default thresholds may include: (i) Unlock threshold score: 1500 (minimum score per round to unlock), and (ii) Minimum play time: 9901ms (minimum elapsed time for a round to count as valid).
   3. Skill Points may be calculated using score “bands”. Current default banding may be: Points score band: 5000 (for example, 5000 score points per band earns 1 Skill Point).
   4. Skill Points and/or Points awarded via the Skill Game may be subject to daily caps. Current default cap may be: Daily skill points cap: 2 (maximum a player can bank and/or cash in per day, Platform timezone).
   5. Bots, macros, scripted inputs, emulators intended to bypass controls, or manipulation of timing/telemetry voids eligibility for Skill Game Points and may result in reversal of Points and account enforcement under Section 9.
   6. Thresholds, banding, caps, cooldowns, and eligibility checks may be updated prospectively to protect integrity and prevent abuse.

4. Prizes, Selection, Match Rewards, and Fulfilment

1. 4.1 Two Different Outcome Types
   1. Random Entry-Based Prize Selection: where a prize is selected randomly from valid eligible Entries for the Draw (including any jackpot). Your chosen numbers do not change your chance compared to any other valid eligible Entry in the same Draw.
   2. Match-Based Rewards (if offered): where points/tickets are awarded based on your chosen numbers matching published results or published reward rules. In that case, your chosen numbers can affect the Match-Based Rewards you receive, but participation is still free and no payment is involved.
2. 4.2 Selection; Equal Chance for Random Entry-Based Prizes
   1. This is a promotional competition. Winners and/or prize recipients are determined by the Platform’s published methods applied to valid eligible Entries for the Draw.
   2. Within the same Draw, each valid eligible Entry is treated equally for that Draw’s Random Entry-Based Prize Selection, subject to verification and anti-abuse enforcement.
   3. Odds note: The Jackpot outcome is selected from a fixed internal pool of 97,000,000 possible number-combinations, so the approximate chance for any single Entry to match the Jackpot outcome is 1 in 97,000,000 per Entry (subject to verification). This pool size is a platform design choice for familiarity and does not reflect, replicate, reference, or correlate to the mechanics, matrices, or draws of any national/state lottery. In comparison many national lottery provider jackpots exceed 1 in 250,000,000 per Entry.
3. 4.3 Points Rewards
   1. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold/transferred, and are not currency or assets.
   2. Points may be credited via referrals, Match-Based Rewards, skill/engagement features, streaks, and/or other non-monetary platform actions as published. Points are not purchasable.
   3. Points expire 30 days after crediting unless stated otherwise on the Platform for a specific campaign.
   4. Player-visible history may be limited for operational reasons; older records may be purged from the user interface.
4. 4.4 Match-Based Bonus Points (Streaks/Bonus Awards)
   1. Where Match-Based Rewards are offered, the Platform may award bonus Points based on total matches (mains + bonus) according to published rules. This bonus layer is promotional and free-to-enter.
   2. Unless otherwise stated on the Platform for a specific campaign, match-based bonus Points may be limited to the first five (5) plays per person per day (Platform timezone), and only to Entries that pass integrity, eligibility, and anti-abuse checks.
   3. Current default match-based bonus schedule (may vary by campaign/region and may be updated prospectively):
      • 2 matches: 4 Points awarded for tickets with exactly 2 total matches (mains + bonus) among the first 5 plays in a day.
      • 3 matches: 9 Points awarded for tickets with exactly 3 total matches.
      • 4 matches: 16 Points awarded for tickets with exactly 4 total matches.
      • 5+ matches: 100 Points awarded for tickets with 5 or more total matches.
   4. Where Match-Based Rewards apply, your chosen numbers can affect the Match-Based Rewards you receive; however, they do not affect Random Entry-Based Prize Selection odds for any Entry within the same Draw.
   5. In the event of a dispute about match totals, daily play limits, or Points credited, the Platform’s recorded logs and calculation outputs will be used to determine the outcome, subject to mandatory legal rights and any required compliance processes.
5. 4.5 Grand Prize (Jackpot)
   1. The “Jackpot” (if offered) is a promotional outcome within the Competition. Where enabled, Jackpot outcomes may be awarded as Points and/or additional free entries as published on the Platform, subject to verification and anti-abuse controls.
   2. Jackpot claims must be initiated via the Dashboard within seven (7) days of notification unless extended by law or the Operator in writing.
   3. As part of verification you may be required to prove age and jurisdictional eligibility. Failure to complete verification voids the claim.
6. 4.7 Prize Claim Windows
   1. Winners must initiate a claim within 7 days of the timestamp shown in the Dashboard notification, unless a longer period is required by law or expressly extended by us in writing.
   2. After initiation, winners have 7 days to complete required steps (account confirmation and eligibility verification where applicable). Failure to complete may result in forfeiture unless extended by us or required by law.
   3. All times are measured in the Platform’s configured timezone as displayed on the site.
7. 4.11 Delivery, Substitution, Unclaimed Prizes
   1. Subject to verification and any compliance processes, Points and/or additional free entries are credited within a reasonable time after a valid claim is completed.
   2. If a published reward becomes unavailable beyond our control, we may substitute an equivalent in-platform reward where lawful.
   3. Where a reward is forfeited or cannot be awarded after reasonable efforts, we may, where lawful, (a) conduct a redraw among eligible entries from the same Draw, or (b) allocate the reward to a future promotional prize pool.

5. Referral Program

1. 5.1 General
   1. The Platform may operate a referral program allowing participants to invite new users using a unique referral link or code.
   2. Referrals must be genuine. Abuse, fraud, self-referrals, collusion, multiple accounts, automation, or VPN masking to evade controls voids referral eligibility and may result in suspension and forfeiture of rewards.
2. 5.2 Referral Rewards
   1. Where referral rewards are offered, the reward amount and conditions are as published on the Platform.
   2. Common condition: a referred user may need to complete their first valid ticket entry to be considered an active participant for referral attribution.
   3. Referral Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed for additional free entries.
3. 5.3 New Player Welcome Rewards
   1. Where welcome rewards are offered, the reward amount and conditions are as published on the Platform and may vary by region/campaign.
   2. Welcome rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash equivalents.
4. 5.4 Modifications; Errors
   1. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at our sole discretion. Changes apply prospectively where possible.
   2. In the event of technical malfunction, system error, or discrepancy affecting referrals, our records and reasonable investigation will be used to determine outcomes.
5. 5.5 Friend Jackpot Bonus
   1. Where offered, if a user you referred wins the main jackpot (verified by the Operator), you may be eligible for a separate “Friend Bonus” awarded as Points and/or additional free entries, subject to caps and campaign rules published on the Platform.
   2. Self-referrals, duplicate/manipulated accounts, or invalid referral attribution void eligibility.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

   1. The primary required data for participation is a valid email address. We also process technical/security data and gameplay records necessary to operate the Service and prevent abuse.
   2. We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, fraud prevention, analytics, and service improvement. Disabling cookies may impair site functionality.
2. 6.2 Data Sharing and Prize Verification
   1. Under normal circumstances, your email address is the primary personal identifier used to operate your Account and deliver communications.
   2. In the event of a prize claim (especially higher-value prizes), we may share necessary details (such as your email contact) with a verification provider where required to validate eligibility and fulfil prizes.
   3. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing.
3. 6.3 Security; Audit Trails
   1. The system maintains logs of Entries, Draw processing, and awards to support integrity, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
   2. No online transmission can be guaranteed fully secure. By using the Service, you accept the inherent risks of internet-based services.
4. 6.4 Records Retention
   1. Player-visible history may be limited for operational reasons. Separately, we retain non-public compliance and security records (rules snapshots, audit trails, winner verification outcomes, prize logs) for at least three (3) years and longer where legally required.
5. 6.5 Marketing Consent
   1. Competition emails (login links, draw notices, security alerts, prize communications) are transactional. Any marketing messages are sent only where permitted by law and/or with consent where required, and include an unsubscribe option.
   2. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your ability to participate in the free Competition.

7. Draw Integrity and Platform Records

1. 7.1 Logs, Monitoring, and Corrections
   1. We maintain operational logs and audit trails to detect abuse, investigate disputes, and correct processing errors.
   2. If a Draw is affected by a technical malfunction, security incident, or data integrity issue, we may void affected Entries/awards and, where lawful and appropriate, re-run selection, re-calculate Match-Based Rewards, or apply a remedy we determine in good faith.
   3. Our records (including server logs and database records) are the primary evidence source for resolving disputes, subject to mandatory legal rights and any required regulator/compliance processes.
2. 7.2 Public Result Information
   1. Results are generally published on the Platform (for example via a results page such as onlinelotto.games/results) and/or via participant communications.
   2. Any published verification artifacts (if provided) are informational and do not create warranties beyond these Terms.

7.3 Competition Transparency

1. “Competition Proof” applies to the Platform’s random jackpot selection mechanics. It does not apply to Match-Based Rewards (points/ticket awards), and does not apply to third-party advertisements, sponsors, or external offers.
2. For each Draw, the Platform may record an audit reference for the eligible ticket pool, including the eligible pool size and a tamper-evident reference derived from that pool.
3. After entries for a Draw close, the Platform uses a public randomness source to obtain a truely random value.
4. The Platform determines jackpot outcomes by applying a fixed, reproducible calculation to the eligible tickets using the Draw identifier, ticket identifier, the randomness value, and the published odds-setting. The method is designed so the outcome can be re-calculated from the same inputs.
5. If more than one eligible ticket satisfies the jackpot condition in the same Draw, a fixed tie-break rule is applied to produce a single reproducible outcome.

7.4 Results Proof

1. After each Draw, the Platform publishes the Draw result and your ticket details in your Dashboard and/or the Results page.
2. Each Draw includes a public randomness reference from https://www.drand.love/ and a verification link. This lets anyone confirm the randomness value used for that Draw came from an actual, publicly verifiable, decentralized, randomness-as-a-service and most importanty independent 3rd party public source.
3. The Platform then applies that randomness value to the closed ticket pool using a fixed calculation to determine the Draw outcome. This is designed to be reproducible from the same Draw details.
4. The proof information is provided to support transparency and integrity. If there is a dispute, the Platform’s records and logs are the primary evidence, subject to mandatory legal rights and any required compliance processes.
5. Each entry or “public ticket reference” contains OL-XXXX-XXXX part which is deterministically generated from the real entry’s internal database ID using an HMAC, then shortened for display and player referance. Logged in players are able to validate tickets here.

8. Brand, Terminology, and Non-Affiliation

1. 8.1 Terminology Disclaimer
   1. Terms such as “tickets,” “entries,” “chances,” “lotto,” “games,” and “lottery” are used as familiar descriptors for a free promotional competition offered for entertainment. They do not imply gambling, a licensed lottery, or any player financial stake.
   2. The Service involves no purchase and no payment. Points cannot be purchased and have no cash value; they are only redeemable for additional free entries.
2. 8.2 Non-Affiliation With Official Lotteries
   1. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any national or state lottery operator or government entity.
   2. We do not sell official lottery tickets, we do not claim to be an official lottery, and our draws are not connected to any real-world lottery operations.
3. 8.3 “Online Lotto” / “OnlineLotto” Term Position (Hardening)
   1. “Online Lotto”/“OnlineLotto” is used as the brand name of this Service and also as descriptive language indicating an online, lotto-themed promotional competition. We do not claim exclusive rights to the generic words “online” or “lotto” in isolation.
   2. We present prominent non-affiliation and no-purchase disclosures to reduce confusion. We do not use official lottery trade dress, official logos, or government branding to suggest endorsement.
   3. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our logos, artwork, site layout, or brand assets. Any permitted reference to the Service must not mislead, must not imply official lottery affiliation, and must not use confusingly similar marks, domains, ads, or social handles.
4. 8.4 Thematic Artwork and Distinction
   1. Any lotto-style interface—number grids, “Play/Auto/Reset” labels, graphics, or characters (e.g., “Jack Potting” 🎩 “Tiger” 🐯, "Nerds in IT" 🤓, "The Girls in Marketing" 💃, "Winners" 😃, ❤️ "Drand" or "Frogs" 🐸)—are purely thematic artwork for entertainment and distinction.

5. 8.5 Third-Party References
   1. Any mention of third-party lottery names or marks (if present) is descriptive only (e.g., comparison or news). All third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
   2. We do not use third-party official logos or trade dress to impersonate or suggest endorsement.
6. 8.6 Domain Names and Impersonation
   1. The Platform operates under lawfully registered domain names. We reserve all rights to prevent impersonation, phishing, scraping, or misuse of our name, artwork, and platform assets.
   2. You may not create confusingly similar sites, social accounts, ads, or communications that impersonate the Platform or imply official lottery affiliation.

9. Abuse, Fraud, and System Manipulation

   2. We may void Entries, Points, and Prizes associated with prohibited conduct, suspend/terminate accounts, and withhold prizes pending investigation.
2. 9.2 Monitoring and Audit
   1. We may monitor, log, and review activity to detect abuse or violations. Accounts may be suspended during investigation.
3. 9.3 Consequences
   1. Accounts engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended or permanently terminated at our discretion.
   2. All prizes, points, or rewards earned through abuse or fraud are void and forfeited without compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. 10.1 As-Is; No Warranty
   1. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
   2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, correct delivery of emails, or timely delivery of notifications.
2. 10.2 Exclusions of Liability
   1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, opportunity, or reputation) arising from your participation or use of the Service.
   2. We are not liable for third-party provider failures (internet/hosting/email/third-party services) beyond our control.
3. 10.3 Liability Cap; Mandatory Rights
   1. Where permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Competition is limited to the Points and/or additional free entries validly awarded under these Terms.
   2. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights or non-excludable liability for fraud/wilful misconduct where applicable).

11. Indemnity and Force Majeure

1. 11.1 Indemnity
   1. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its affiliates, and their officers/directors/employees/agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of law or third-party rights.
2. 11.2 Force Majeure
   1. We are not liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, outages, internet/telecom failures, governmental actions, or third-party service failures).

12. Governing Law; Disputes

1. 12.1 Governing Law
   1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
   2. Mandatory local law carve-out: if you are a consumer and your jurisdiction provides mandatory rights (including rights to bring disputes locally), nothing in these Terms removes those mandatory rights.
2. 12.2 Complaints & Resolution
   1. If you believe these Terms or the administration of a Draw have not been applied fairly, contact support with a brief description and any evidence.
   2. We will acknowledge and investigate complaints in good faith and provide a written outcome where reasonably possible.
3. 12.3 Class Actions
   1. To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action.
4. 12.4 Limitation Period
   1. To the extent permitted by law, any claim or dispute relating to the Service or Competition must be brought within twelve (12) months after the event giving rise to the claim; otherwise it is permanently barred.

13. General Provisions

1. 13.1 Severability
   1. If any provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
2. 13.2 Termination Rights
