1. Participation is permitted only for individuals aged 18 years or older (or the higher legal age in their jurisdiction). You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful in your country of residence.
1.3. Amendments

1.4. Agreement to Comply
1. Your access to and use of onlinelotto.games constitutes your full and binding agreement to comply with these Terms.

2. The Service Offering

2.2. Free Play Nature

2.3. Modification or Termination
1. onlinelotto.games may modify, suspend, or terminate the Game or prize structures at any time without liability.

2.4. Advertising-Supported Platform
1. The Service is operated solely as an advertising-supported entertainment platform. All points, prizes, and rewards are funded by sponsors or advertisers. Players are never required to make any purchase, payment, or financial commitment to participate in the Game.
2. Participation in the Game does not obligate you to view, click on, register with, or otherwise engage with any advertiser or third-party content. Engagement with such content is entirely at your discretion.

2. For the avoidance of doubt, local-currency displays do not create any entitlement to payment in that currency. Prizes are paid in USDT only, subject to Section 4.
2.6. Entry Limits, Equal Chance & Void Where Prohibited
1. One free entry per person per draw. Additional entries may only be redeemed using points earned through non-monetary actions available on the Platform. Points are not purchasable.
2. All entries in a given draw are treated identically by the draw mechanism and have equal chances of selection.
3. The Game is void where prohibited. Regional eligibility and prize availability may vary by jurisdiction and campaign. The Operator may restrict or void entries to comply with law.
2.7. Optional Skill Game
1. The Platform may offer an optional “Skill Game” that awards points only. It is not required to obtain your free daily entry or to participate in the Game.
2. No purchase or payment is ever required to play the Skill Game. Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for additional free entries (see Section 4.2).
3. Entries redeemed with points are treated identically to free daily entries within the same draw and do not increase the probability of any single entry beyond equal treatment. The Skill Game cannot influence the draw outcome.
4. A free alternate method of entry is available to all eligible players once per draw without playing the Skill Game (see Section 2.6).
5. Caps, cooldowns, and availability for the Skill Game may vary by campaign and region and are as published on the Platform. The Operator may modify, suspend, or terminate the Skill Game at any time.
2.8. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
1. A free alternate method of entry is available once per draw without using any optional features. The AMOE offers the same entry caps and timing as any other method and is treated identically in selection.
2. The current AMOE method and link (e.g., /amoe) are published on the Platform and are free of charge other than standard internet/data costs from your provider.

3. Participant Obligations

3.1. Account Registration
1. Participants must register with a valid email address. A username will be auto-generated and may be changed later by the participant. Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and safeguarding access.
3.2. Compliance
1. You are solely responsible for ensuring participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3.3. Verification
1. The operator will never request identity documentation except in the case of a jackpot claim, where proof of age and eligibility may be required directly by the insurer.
3.4. Non-transferability

3.5. Dormant Accounts

Where a monetary prize is offered, it is paid in USDT (USD Tether) on a supported network (see Section 4.7), where lawful. If crypto settlement is restricted in a jurisdiction, the Operator may offer a compliant alternative or declare the prize void for that jurisdiction.
2. Winners must provide a compatible wallet address on the specified network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; the Operator is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect addresses, custody risks, or third-party failures.
3. Prizes must be claimed within twenty-four (24) hours of winner notification, unless a longer period is mandated by law or expressly extended in writing by the Operator.
4.2. Points Rewards
1. Most awards are issued as points that can be redeemed only for additional free entries in future draws. Points have no cash value, are not financial instruments, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for currency or assets.
2. Points expire 30 days after crediting and are then permanently removed from the account balance.
3. The Platform retains approximately 30 days of draw and points history for operational and verification purposes; older records may be purged.
4.3. Activity Awards
1. The Operator may maintain a separate pool for periodic Activity Awards (for example, verified streaks). Awards are subject to pool availability and are fulfilled as published for the campaign, typically in cryptocurrency equivalents of USD.

4.4. Grand Prize
1. The Grand Prize (marketed as the “Jackpot”) is insured by an independent provider. Claims are validated externally and, if approved, are paid in structured instalments (see Section 4.9) strictly under the insurer’s final award terms and schedule.
2. Grand Prize claims must be initiated via the Dashboard within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, unless extended or varied by law, the Operator, or the insurer in writing.
3. As part of insurer verification you may be required to prove age and jurisdictional eligibility directly to the insurer or its appointed agent. Failure to complete verification voids the claim.
4.5. Selection & Equal Odds
1. This is a promotional competition. Entries are selected at random by the published draw method. Any numbers you choose are identifiers only used to label entries; they do not influence selection or improve odds. All valid entries in the same draw are treated identically and have equal chances.
2. Prize tables, entry caps, and campaign settings may be updated from time to time and apply prospectively. Changes do not affect entries already received for a scheduled draw.
4.6. Player Responsibility
1. You are solely responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payout information, including your cryptocurrency wallet address. The operator cannot reverse, reissue, or compensate for prizes lost due to incorrect or compromised wallet details.

2. You must provide a compatible USDT wallet address on the stated network. The Operator is not responsible for loss due to wrong network selection, incompatible wallets, copy/paste errors, or third-party custody risks. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
3. Fees & gas: Network and processing fees may be deducted from the prize amount or requested from the winner before transfer.
4. Compliance holds: The Operator may delay or withhold payment where legally required, including reasonable AML/sanctions screening or insurer validation.
5. No financial advice: Any information on conversions or off-ramps is general only and not investment, tax, or FX advice. You are solely responsible for converting USDT to your local currency via compliant providers.
4.8. Prize Claim Windows
1. Winners must initiate a claim within 24 hours of the timestamp in the Dashboard notification.
2. After initiation, winners have 7 days to complete any required steps (e.g., wallet confirmation, insurer verification where applicable). Failure to complete within this period results in forfeiture, unless extended by the Operator or required by law.
3. All times are measured in the Platform’s configured timezone as displayed on the site.
4.9. Jackpot Structure & Installments
1. The jackpot is a fixed USDT amount as published for the winning draw. Payouts are made in 12 equal monthly installments unless otherwise stated by the insurer in the final award notice.
2. Where the published jackpot is USDT 100,000, installments are approximately USDT 8,333.33 per month, net of applicable network fees.
3. All insurer terms, validation steps, and schedules apply and take precedence for settlement logistics.
4.10. Taxes & Reporting
1. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting, and regulatory obligations arising from receipt, holding, conversion, or disposal of USDT or points.
2. The Operator does not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified adviser in your jurisdiction.
4.11. Delivery & Substitution
1. Subject to verification and any insurer processes, prizes are fulfilled within a reasonable time after a valid claim is completed.
2. If a published prize (other than the insured Grand Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Operator’s control, the Operator may substitute a prize of equal or greater value without further liability.
4.12. Unclaimed Prizes
1. Where a prize is forfeited or cannot be awarded after reasonable efforts, the Operator may, at its discretion, (a) conduct a redraw among eligible entries from the same draw, or (b) allocate the value to a future promotional prize pool, or (c) donate an equivalent value to a registered charity disclosed on the Platform.

5. Referral Program

5.1. General
1. To encourage community growth, onlinelotto.games operates a referral program where existing participants can invite new users. Each registered participant is provided with a unique referral link or code which may be shared with friends, family, or associates.
2. Referrals must be genuine. Abuse, fraud, self-referrals, multiple accounts created by the same individual, or any use of bots, VPN masking, or automated systems will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards earned through such means.
5.2. Referral Rewards
1. For every new user who registers through your referral link and completes their first valid ticket entry, the referrer will receive 10 points credited to their account balance.
2. Referred users must complete their first ticket entry to be considered active participants; until this requirement is met, they are not deemed to be “players” under these Terms.
3. Referral points have no cash value and may only be redeemed for additional free entries into draws.
5.3. New Player Welcome Rewards

5.4. Limitations and Modifications

2. Referral rewards are capped and may be limited during promotional periods or based on abuse-prevention policies.
3. In the unlikely event of technical malfunction, system error, or discrepancy, the operator’s records shall be final. Any entries or prizes affected by such malfunction shall be void.
5.5. Friend Jackpot Bonus
1. If a user you referred (linked via your unique referral code at registration and verified by the Operator) wins the main jackpot, you may receive a separate Friend Bonus up to approximately 10% of the jackpot, paid in USDT.
2. The Friend Bonus is subject to insurer approval, caps, and availability of the designated bonus pool. Exact percentage, timing, and structure are set out in the award notice and may vary by campaign or jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.2. Exclusions of Liability

3. The operator is not liable for any malfunction, delay, or failure caused by third-party providers including internet service providers, hosting companies, payment processors, insurers, or blockchain networks.
7.3. Limitation of Liability
1. In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of the operator in respect of any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the actual prize value validly won and payable under these Terms. No other claims or compensations shall be entertained.
7.4. No Guarantee of Winning
1. Participation in the Game does not guarantee that you will win any prize. Odds of winning are determined solely by chance, the number of entries in each draw, and applicable prize allocation rules.
2. No reliance should be placed on past results, promotional material, or indicative odds as a guarantee of future outcomes.
7.5. Player Responsibility

2. The operator accepts no liability for funds lost due to the submission of incorrect, invalid, or compromised wallet addresses, nor for any failure to update wallet details in a timely manner.

4. Failure to claim prizes within the specified timeframes, or to provide required details for prize settlement, may result in forfeiture of winnings without compensation.
7.6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WH Limited, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
7.7. Force Majeure
1. The operator shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications outages, acts of government, or any other event constituting force majeure.

8. Abuse, Fraud, and System Manipulation

8.1. Prohibited Conduct
1. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or interfere with the normal operation of onlinelotto.games, including but not limited to the points system, referral program, ticket submission process, or prize allocation, is strictly prohibited.
2. Examples of prohibited conduct include (but are not limited to): creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, collusion between accounts, automated scripts or bots, use of VPNs or masking tools to disguise identity or location, reverse engineering of site code, or any fraudulent activity intended to gain unfair advantage.
3. Any attempt to influence or predict the draw outcome, including manipulation of seeds, commits, or cryptographic processes, is strictly prohibited.
4. Automated play, macros, or other methods intended to farm points from the Skill Game are prohibited and may result in forfeiture and account termination.
8.2. Monitoring and Audit
1. The operator reserves the right to monitor, log, and review player activity to detect abuse, suspicious behavior, or violations of these Terms. Accounts may be suspended while investigations are conducted.
8.3. Consequences
1. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended or permanently terminated at the operator’s discretion.
2. All prizes, points, or rewards earned through abuse or fraud will be void and forfeited, without compensation.
3. The operator may, at its sole discretion, withhold prizes or cancel entries if it reasonably believes that fraud, abuse, or manipulation has occurred.
8.4. Operator Discretion
1. The operator reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Service, even in cases not expressly covered by these Terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1. Jurisdiction
1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with participation in onlinelotto.games shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
2. Participation is void where prohibited by law. The Operator may restrict or void entries or prizes to comply with applicable laws or insurer requirements.
9.2. Restricted Territories
1. No accounts or players will be accepted from Cyprus or any jurisdiction that is designated as high-risk, prohibited, or otherwise restricted by the operator, relevant regulators, or applicable international sanctions lists (including but not limited to OFAC and EU restrictions).
2. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that accessing or using onlinelotto.games is lawful in their country of residence. Registration or participation from a prohibited territory will be considered invalid.
3. Any account identified as originating from Cyprus or a restricted jurisdiction may be suspended or terminated without notice, and any associated prizes or points will be void and forfeited.
4. Nothing in this section shall prevent the operator from bringing proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction to enforce its rights.
9.3. Class Actions
1. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in any class, collective, or representative action against the operator. Any claims shall be pursued solely in your individual capacity.

10. General Provisions

10.1. Severability
1. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.2. Termination Rights
1. The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. In such cases, points or prizes not yet awarded may be voided. Termination does not affect provisions of these Terms intended to survive, including limitations of liability and governing law. In cases of termination for violation of these Terms, any unredeemed points or unsettled prizes will be void and forfeited without compensation.
10.3. Complaints & Resolution
1. If you believe these Terms or the administration of a draw have not been applied fairly, contact support using the details in Section 11 with a brief description and any evidence.
2. The Operator will acknowledge and investigate complaints in good faith and provide a written outcome. Where available in your jurisdiction, you may escalate to an appropriate independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or ombud. Use of ADR is optional and may be subject to that body’s rules.
10.4. Language & Accessibility
1. These Terms are intended to be read in plain language. Translations may be provided for convenience; the English version controls if there is a conflict.

1. These Terms and Conditions are issued by WH Limited, Registration Number: НЕ 436274, with its registered office at Pigmalionos 2, 2122 Nicosia, Cyprus (“the Operator”).

11.3. Notices
1. Formal legal notices must be sent in writing to the Operator’s registered address in Cyprus as stated above. Electronic communication via the support email shall be deemed received once acknowledged by the Operator.

12. Terminology Disclaimer

12.1. Use of Common Terms
1. Terms such as “tickets,” “entries,” “chances,” “lotto,” “games,” and “lottery” are used as familiar descriptors for a free promotional competition offered for entertainment. They do not imply gambling, a licensed lottery, or any player financial stake.
2. The Service involves no purchase and no payment. Points cannot be purchased and have no cash value; they are only redeemable for additional free entries.
12.2. References to Real-World Lotteries
1. Any mention or reference to real-world lotteries on the Platform is provided purely for entertainment and thematic purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any national or state lottery operator. Where third-party lottery names or marks appear, they are used descriptively (e.g., comparison or news) and remain the property of their owners. If you believe any content could cause confusion, contact [email protected] and we will review promptly.
2. The Platform does not operate, facilitate, or participate in any actual lottery draws. All games offered are instant-draw, lotto-styled simulations designed solely for entertainment and do not correspond to or form part of any real-world lottery operations.
3. Any lotto-style interface—number grids, “Play”/“Auto”/“Reset” labels, graphics, or characters (e.g., “Jack Potting” 🎩 “Tiger” 🐯, "Nerds in IT" 🤓, "The Girls in Marketing" 💃, "Winners" 😃 or "Frogs" 🐸) — are purely thematic artwork for entertainment and distinction. Numbers you choose act as entry identifiers only; they do not mirror the mechanics, matrices, or odds of any national lottery and do not influence selection.
4. Generic words, generic use: OnlineLotto describes our free promotional competition and implies no link to any national lottery. We use “OnlineLotto” descriptively; we claim no exclusive rights in “online” or “lotto” apart from our stylized logo/graphics, and we do not market or sell official lottery tickets. Our site includes prominent non-affiliation and no-ticket/payment notices to avoid confusion.
5. The onlinelotto.games domain was lawfully registered; “OnlineLotto” is generic, descriptive branding for a free promotional competition, unaffiliated with any national or state lottery; our use is not intended to—nor should it reasonably—cause confusion or interfere with official lottery operations.

13. Verified Competition & Provably-Fair Draws

13.1. Mode
1. The Operator may enable a “Verified Competition” mode for one or more regions/campaigns. When enabled, the provisions in this Section 13 apply in addition to the rest of these Terms.
13.2. Commit → Reveal Process
1. Commit: Shortly before draw time, the Platform generates and publishes a cryptographic hash (“commit”) of the draw inputs (e.g., draw configuration, code version hash, and entry-set digest) to a public location on or linked from onlinelotto.games.
2. Reveal: At draw time, the Platform derives the seed from a cryptographic RNG and/or previous commit data, then publishes the seed and method. A deterministic PRNG uses that seed to produce the winning numbers.
3. Reproducibility: Anyone may independently reproduce the draw result using the published seed, method, and RNG specification.
13.3. Public Proof Pack
1. For each draw, the Platform publishes a proof pack containing: (a) commit data, (b) seed and RNG method, (c) results and timestamps, and (d) an anonymized winners list. Files are retained for at least thirty (30) days and may be retained longer at the Operator’s discretion.
13.4. RNG Specification
1. The RNG method and parameters used to derive results are documented (“RNG Spec”). The Operator will publish the current RNG Spec and version on the Transparency page and include the version identifier in the proof pack.
13.5. Independent Oversight
1. At the Operator’s discretion, an independent auditor or attorney may periodically review draw procedures and artifacts and issue a public certificate or report. Such reports are informational and do not create any warranty beyond these Terms.
13.6. Non-Interference
1. The Operator does not alter, weight, or exclude valid entries during the draw process and does not adjust the RNG output post-generation. Any system safeguards designed to ensure platform integrity must be disclosed on the Transparency page when Verified Competition mode is active.
2. Optional features such as the Skill Game award points only and have no bearing on randomness, seeding, or the selection of winning numbers.
13.7. Transparency Page
1. The Platform will host a Transparency page (or similar) linking to the current day’s proof pack, prior archives, the RNG Spec, and any auditor reports when Verified Competition mode is active.
